Longhaul Transport Drivers

Our drivers are responsible for more than travelling between pickup and delivery. They represent PRYM in front of dealerships, auctions, businesses, and vehicle owners — and approach every shipment with professionalism, care, and a commitment to safe transportation.

Responsibilities

— Operating a semi-truck and automobile-hauling equipment

— Loading, securing, and unloading vehicles

— Inspecting and documenting vehicle condition

— Completing bills of lading and delivery paperwork

— Communicating with dispatch and customers

— Pre-trip and post-trip inspections

— Following Canadian and U.S. transportation requirements

— Maintaining accurate electronic logs

— Keeping equipment clean and professional

Qualifications

— Valid Class 1 driver’s licence or equivalent

— Clean or acceptable driver’s abstract

— Ability to enter and operate in the United States

—Valid passport and border documentation

— Commercial driving experience

— Strong communication and customer-service skills

— Knowledge of hours-of-service requirements

— Comfort with electronic logging and mobile tools

— Automobile-hauling experience considered an asset

Owner-operators
